The responsibility of Goathemala Travel Services as a virtual tourism operator is limited. We act only as advisors of the customer on the following travel services: domestic transports (air, ground, aquatic), hotels, tourist destinies and tourist routes. Goathemala Travel Services does not assume any obligation or responsibility for any service that might result deficient. We Also don't assume any responsibility for the lost of personal documents, accidents, robbery, delays or irregularities that might occur for the inadequate use of the travel material provided by e-mail by Goathemala Travel Services, which can be provided in Spanish or English. The package doesn't have to be longer than 12 days, otherwise it will have a surcharge. The customer has to give the exact arrival and departure date. It is not possible to change the arrival and departure dates after having confirmed one, otherwise it will have a surcharge.
